All GravWear orders ship from our US fulfillment partner.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During launch drops, processing can extend to 5 business days — you'll see this called out at checkout.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard: 5–8 business days · $7.99 · Free over $125
- Expedited: 2–4 business days · $18.99
International
International shipping is currently paused while we scale the launch drop. Join the waitlist to be notified when we reopen orders to Canada, UK, EU, and AU.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is generated.
Lost or Stolen
If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, please wait 48 hours and check with your local carrier. After that, email Gravwear9@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.
Duties & Customs
When international shipping is live, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
